The Zoldak Group, Inc. (ZGi) is a small business founded in 1988 that specializes in risk management and technical information systems and program support to Federal agencies, DoD, other agencies, and private sector clients. We work in a collaborative manner with our clients by providing unique expertise combined with existing agency and corporate resources focused on specific, strategic initiatives. We currently support clients across 13 time zones many of whom have been clients for more than 10 years. Technical Information Management: ZGi combines scientific, medical, and engineering expertise with information technology to collaborate with our clients in: - Requirements / Design / Specification Development - System Development - System / Data Migration - System Implementation - Testing - Training - Support - Analysis, Decision Support, Briefing Support Program Support: ZGi has assisted various clients in developing and validating risk management programs and program components. This includes providing risk management training such as root cause analysis, field inspection techniques, analytical techniques, etc. Product Development: We developed our first commercial product, the Facility Management Assistant, and deployed it to our first Federal agency in 1994 which still uses it today. Since then, we have developed a suite of enterprise risk management commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and have deployed them to or host them for a wide range of Federal, DoD, and other agencies. All these products are scalable, enterprise-level and have a strong analytical focus. They have been identified as best practices and in agency awards.
